Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1 inch turmeric root or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 cup of hemp milk
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of CBD oil
Instructions:
- Heat the milk
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender
- Pour into a mug
- Enjoy!

CBD LEMONADE SPRITZER WITH BASIL

Directions:
